End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") applies to the ShePower Club mobile application ("App") provided by ShePower Club ("we"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

1. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store / Play Store rules.

2. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of source code.
• No use of the App to build a competing product.
• No tampering with security, rate limits, or moderation systems.

3. Objectionable content

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. We provide in-app tools to (a) report content or users, (b) block users, and (c) review and remove flagged content within 24 hours. Accounts engaging in abusive behaviour will be ejected.

4. Apple-specific (App Store)

This EULA is concluded between you and ShePower Club only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of conflict between this EULA and Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA applies to the extent of the conflict. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you violate it. We may revoke it at any time. Upon termination you must uninstall the App.
