Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ShePower Club ("Service"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and the Apple App Store EULA where applicable. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended primarily for women professionals; we reserve the right to refuse membership.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not: harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate; post hate, sexual, violent, or illegal content; scrape data; circumvent moderation; resell access; or violate any applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ShePower Club a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating it.

6. Moderation & enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice. We provide tools to report and block members.

7. Subscriptions & payments

Paid memberships are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and managed by your platform account. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Subscription pricing and benefits are described in-app at the point of purchase.

8. Termination

You may request account deletion from Profile → Membership. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ShePower Club is not responsible for member content, advice exchanged between members, or outcomes of professional connections.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShePower Club's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
